Internal Google Workspace Integration for Linton Lifesciences

Linton Odoo is an internal business application operated by Linton Lifesciences. The Google Workspace add-on connects approved Gmail workflows with Linton’s Odoo environment to help authorized team members manage customer communications, CRM records, tasks, and related business operations.

Terms of Use

Linton Odoo is intended solely for authorized personnel of Linton Lifesciences and other users specifically approved by Linton.

Users must access the application through approved company accounts and use it only for legitimate Linton business activities. Users are responsible for protecting their Google Workspace credentials, Odoo credentials, and API keys.

Linton may modify, suspend, or revoke access to the application at any time. The application is provided as an internal business tool and may be updated, changed, or discontinued as Linton’s systems and workflows evolve.

Users must comply with applicable Linton information-security, confidentiality, and acceptable-use policies when using the application.

Privacy Notice

Information Linton Odoo May Access

Depending on the workflow being used, Linton Odoo may access:

• Your Google Account email address and basic account information.

• Gmail messages or message content required for the workflow you initiate.

• Gmail functionality necessary to read, compose, send, or otherwise interact with email as permitted by the application's authorized Google scopes.

• Basic locale information such as language, country, or time zone.

• Information you choose to send to or retrieve from Linton's Odoo environment.

The application's current Gmail authorization scope may technically permit broader Gmail operations. Linton Odoo uses those permissions only to support authorized internal workflows and not for unrelated purposes.

How Information Is Used

Google Workspace information is used only as necessary to provide Linton Odoo functionality, including:

• Connecting Gmail communications with Odoo.

• Displaying or processing relevant email information.

• Creating or updating customer, CRM, task, or operational records.

• Performing actions initiated or approved by the user.

• Authenticating the user's connection to Linton's Odoo environment.

• Supporting and maintaining the internal application.

Storage and Retention

Linton Odoo does not intentionally retain Gmail message content separately from the systems required to perform its approved workflows.

Information that a user intentionally transfers or records in Odoo may be stored in Linton's Odoo environment and retained according to Linton's internal business and record-management practices.

Odoo API credentials or connection information provided by a user are used solely to authenticate that user's authorized connection to Odoo.

Sharing of Information

Linton does not sell Google user data.

Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing profiles, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Information may be processed through Google Workspace and Linton's Odoo environment as necessary to provide the application's functionality and may be accessible to authorized Linton personnel with a legitimate business need.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or legal process.

Google API Data

Linton Odoo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Security

Linton uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through Linton Odoo. Access is limited to authorized users and approved internal systems.

Your Access

Linton Odoo is an internal application. Users who no longer require access should contact their Linton administrator. Access may also be removed when a user leaves Linton or no longer requires the application for their role.

Changes

Linton may update these Terms of Use and Privacy Notice as the application, its integrations, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
